As each piece of furniture we craft is made to order, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Limited Warranty Policy

When you purchase a furniture piece from our standard chair, bar chair, stool, or bench and settee collections, we will guarantee our workmanship and wood materials for your lifetime as the original purchaser. We offer a Limited Warranty on all tables, custom furniture pieces, and customer-requested modifications & alternate wood species.

This Limited Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the Warranty Period, Windsor Workshop will repair or replace the affected part or parts of the furniture piece at our expense. The Warranty Period offered by Windsor Workshop is five years from the date of purchase. 

The Limited Warranty does not cover issues or damage caused by; misuse, incorrect maintenance, improper storage, use of third-party products, dramatic temperature or humidity variations, or more intensive use of the product than what would be reasonably expected. In the event that a repair is necessary, pickup and delivery charges may apply based on location at the customer’s expense.
